Objectives

  • To highlight the importance of private sector development, public sector management, and economic infrastructure in stimulating the growth needed for large-scale poverty reduction.
  • To assess progress in developing measurement techniques for better monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure development, private sector development, and the quality of public sector governance.
